Elisa Von Brockdorff

Elisa Von Brockdorff is a Maltese visual artist and photographer whose work moves fluidly between photography, installation, light, and visual experimentation. Holding a Master’s Degree in Fine Art from the University for the Creative Arts in Canterbury, her practice explores perception, memory, playfulness, and the hidden narratives found within everyday objects. Through carefully staged compositions, reflections, colour, and light, she transforms ordinary materials into immersive visual worlds that blur the line between reality and imagination.
Alongside her artistic practice, Von Brockdorff is one of Malta’s most recognised cultural photographers, documenting the island’s artistic life while continuously pushing the boundaries of contemporary photographic expression.
